1. The armour consists of steel strips for the arms, legs and feet and a cuirass of steel plates, with mail at the neck and waist.
2. The horse armour was of small bronze or iron plates sown onto canvas.
3. Long spear, the sword would be worn on the left-hand side of the body.
4. The helmet would have almost enclosed the face.
5. The saddle remained the horned type. The rider still had no stirrups.
6. The mount would still have been pony-sized.
